Registration shall be completed by filling out the online registration form. Each attendee is required to complete a separate registration form.

Please specify your preferred full name, company/institution, city and country as you desire to have it appear on your name badge.
Please provide proof of present enrolment in an academic institution if you are registering as a student. If no proof of active student status is submitted, you shall be required to pay the full registration fee.
An invoice will be sent to you as soon as payment is received. Please note, the invoice may take a few days to be received. Additionally, please note your registration number. Your registration number will be requested in the event you wish to modify your information.

Payments shall be in Euros with the following available options:
Online Visa or Mastercard credit cards via redirected secure banking page
Bank transfer: Detailed banking information shall be provided upon request. Bank fees shall be paid by participants. This option will only be available until April 15th 2024. No personal bank checks will be accepted. Please email EHS Prague 2024: office@ehs2024.org
On-site acceptable payments include cash (Euro) or credit card (VISA or Mastercard)
We understand that due to unforeseen circumstances cancellations are sometimes necessary.
Delegates may receive a refund less 50€ processing fee for requests made by February 15, 2024 at 23:59 (GMT+1). Refunds will not be granted for cancellations after April 16, 2024.

Please note, refunds will be granted after completion of the conference. Bank charges will be deducted from the refund, and refunds will be made in Euros.
EHS2024 Organizers are not be responsible for any losses incurred by attendees, including (but not limited to), hotel deposits and airline cancellation charges.
